How is the design made?

By automated generative tools, checked and selected by automated software. No human designer authored it.

Do I get the copyright?

You get a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the files for any business purpose, and our promise never to assert any rights against your use (a non-assertion covenant). Copyright protection for machine-generated work may be limited or unavailable in some jurisdictions, which is why we license the files to you rather than transfer copyright.

Will anyone else get my design?

No. It was generated for your business and is delivered only to you (delivery exclusivity). Undelivered candidates are deleted within 30 days after your preview expires.

Is it checked?

Yes. Automated similarity screening against every other design our system has shown or delivered, and against generic stock-style symbols. The screening record is available on request. We tell you the screening happened and what it covered; we do not promise a particular conclusion.

Can I prove how it was made?

Every delivery includes a provenance record: generation system and version, provider terms version, date, pipeline version, checks passed, and file fingerprints.

Can I trademark it?

Trademark protection does not depend on copyright. Run a trademark clearance search before relying on the logo, and for anything important file through a trademark attorney. We do not guarantee uniqueness, do not perform trademark clearance, and make no representation that the design is registrable.
